At Sisters' Salon + Boutique, we go out of our way to make sure our valued clients have the best experience possible, from the minute they enter our doors to the moment they leave our salon. Running Late/No Show Policy
Please call us immediately if you are running late to your scheduled appointment. If you'll be more than 15 minutes late, we cannot guarantee that your scheduled appointment will be kept and any deposits placed will not be refunded.
After 15 minutes, the appointment will be considered a no show and 100% of the service total will still be due. Failure to pay will result in not being able to book at our salon moving forward.
Cancellation Policy
Appointments canceled or missed with less than 48 hours notice are subject to a non-refundable fee equal to 100% of the amount of the missed service fee. This is agreed upon when booking with us online.
We understand emergencies happen, so please call or text us as soon as possible to discuss your options for rescheduling.
Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds for any service. However if you are unhappy with your service, we are happy to discuss your options! Give us a call or text 48 hours from your appointment, and we will be happy to help .
